Pathway is proud to be a Green company. We choose to do our part to support and preserve the Earth, and all of her natural resources.

Tree Twinning
At Pathway, we understand the importance of keeping our global footprint as small as possible, so one of our primary goals is to be environmentally conscious and conservative. To accomplish this, we have partnered ourselves with the Tree Twinning Project. This project is sponsored by the Tree Appeal Group, and their mission is to plant as many trees as possible throughout the world in order to offset the carbon that is produced by vehicles and reduce the impact that every company has on the environment. Our partnership with this group means that for every training course we offer, the Tree Appeal Group will plant one tree in the United Kingdom and a second tree in Ghana. Planting these "twin trees" is our way of giving back to the Earth and replenishing her natural resources.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint
Because our training courses involve a variety of vehicles, we work hard to make sure that every one of these vehicles are fully maintained to the highest standard so that they produce the smallest amount of carbon possible. We feel it is our duty to not only keep each truck, forklift and crane in top operating condition for all of our students, but to also ensure all emissions are kept to a minimum.

We Recycle
The entire Pathway staff also strongly believes in recycling. All of our offices are equipped with recycling bins for any paper, plastic or aluminum products that are used on the premises. We strongly encourage our students to use these bins and participate in the recycling effort.

To further the recycling cause, we also purchase products that are made exclusively from recycled materials. These days there are a wide variety of goods for sale that are created entirely from reused items. Not only does this help the environment by not using up new natural resources, it also encourages other companies to manufacture more items that are created with recycled .

Another step we take is to only print out documents when it is absolutely necessary. Most of our orders are processed online, and saved on computers, which means we rarely have to use paper. Of course when we do have to print documents, you can rest assured we use 100% recycled paper.

Going Organic
Pathway purchases organic products whenever possible. Almost every product has an organic option available, and we feel it is important to use those items as often as possible. We prefer to use natural products that are not sprayed with chemicals, as they can be hazardous to people, animals and the environment. The cost for these items may be slightly higher, but the positive environmental impact they have is more than worth the extra price.

When everyone works together and does their part to help save our natural resources, we can enjoy a bright and more prosperous future. Pathway is proud to be a part of the Green effort.
